Portfolio Management Update

Seth Roman has decided to leave the firm effective September 29, 2021. He has been with the firm since 2006 and is a member of the portfolio management team managing Pioneer Multi-Asset Ultrashort Income Fund, Pioneer Short Term Income Fund and Pioneer US Government Money Market Fund. Additional detail is provided below on each Fund’s updated portfolio management responsibilities. We greatly appreciate Seth’s contributions to Amundi US and our shareholders and clients.

Pioneer Multi-Asset Ultrashort Income Fund: Effective September 29, 2021, Jonathan D. Sharkey, who has been a Portfolio Manager on the Fund since inception in 2011, will continue to manage the Fund with Noah Funderburk, Director of Securitized Credit, and Nicolas Pauwels, Portfolio Manager, who have both been co-portfolio managers on the Fund since 2018. Combined, they have 66 years of investment experience. This team continues to work closely with other members of our US fixed income team.

Pioneer Short Term Income Fund: Effective September 29, 2021, Noah Funderburk, Director of Securitized Credit, and Nicolas Pauwels, Portfolio Manager, who have both been co-portfolio managers on the Fund since 2018, will continue to manage the Fund. Combined, they have 39 years of investment experience. This team continues to work closely with other members of our US fixed income team.

Pioneer US Government Money Market Fund: Effective September 29, 2021, Timothy D. Rowe will be added as co-portfolio manager. Gregory R. Palmer will maintain his current co-portfolio manager responsibilities on the Fund. Tim is Managing Director, Director of our Multi-Sector team and Portfolio Manager, who has been with our team since 1988. Greg is a Portfolio Manager and member of our Multi-Sector team since 1998, responsible for short-term cash instruments including repurchase agreements and commercial paper. Combined, they have 56 years of investment market experience.
